The Orland Park Police Division carried out a visitors security marketing campaign from Nov. 18-28 reminding motorists to buckle up and drive sober.
The “Click on It or Ticket” and “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” mobilization was carried out by Orland Park Police Division and different state and native legislation enforcement businesses throughout Illinois to cut back freeway fatalities.
Throughout the marketing campaign, Orland Park Police Officers issued:
- 40 seat belt citations
- 56 rushing citations
- 19 Distracted Driving citations
- Arrested 5 drivers for driving with a suspended or revoked licenses
