Cordell Evans, 29, faces one felony depend of first-degree homicide, 4 felony counts of illegal use of a weapon, 4 felony counts of armed routine legal and one felony depend of possessing a stolen car.
In response to police, round 3:50 p.m. on Sept. 3, Evans allegedly shot a 28-year-old man within the 700 block of East 103rd Avenue close to South Cottage Grove in Chicago’s Pullman neighborhood.
Police mentioned the sufferer acquired into an argument with Evans on the gasoline station. Evans allegedly pulled a gun out of a fanny pack and shot the sufferer a number of occasions within the chest, forearm and finger.
The sufferer was rushed to the hospital in important situation, and died later.
Evans was arrested Monday and charged accordingly.
