Rawly Lantz and Justin Harris of Cawley Chicago represented the vendor, a personal native investor, and marketed the property for industrial reuse. The one-story property, in-built 2001 and positioned at 18410 Crossing Drive, options 218 parking areas and a transparent peak of 18 ft. Ted Gates of CBRE represented the client, a multi-national laboratory group.
