ORLAND PARK, IL — Discover a new favorite craft beer at the Village of Orland Park Brewfest on Saturday, September 17 from 6:30-9:30 pm This year’s event features offerings from local craft breweries, a full dinner spread and live entertainment. The Brewfest will be held at the Village of Orland Park Public Works building located at 15655 S. Ravinia Avenue.
“We are looking forward to hosting another fun summer event for residents and guests of Orland Park,” said Mayor Keith Pekau. “This event is a great all-inclusive evening that is quickly becoming a favorite among residents and many from surrounding communities.”
The Brewfest is sponsored by Mazda of Orland Park and includes numerous sampling stations with over 50 selections of ales from some of the region’s favorite craft breweries.
“Our event is unique in that everything is included,” said Ray Piattoni, Director of Recreation and Parks. “Ticket holders will have no extra charges for food, drinks or entertainment as they may incur at similar events of this kind.”
Tickets are limited and available in advance at www.universe.com/brewfest. The cost is $40 per ticket through August 7; $45 per ticket from August 8 through September 4; $50 per ticket from September 5 through September 16 and $55 per ticket at the door. The ticket price includes 20 beer tastings, a full dinner at City BBQ and a souvenir glass. Designated driver tickets are $20 each and include a full dinner, a souvenir glass and non-alcoholic beverages.
Live entertainment will be provided by band Fletcher Rockwell who are widely known for their original songs and clever versions spanning everything from vintage Tom Petty, Paul Simon and Talking Heads to contemporary roots revivalists Chris Stapleton, Dawes and Mumford & Sons.
